Bringing your photos to life on digital canvas artArtwork return (gallery)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork purchased from our online gallery section, you may notify us within 3 days and return it to us within 7 days for either an exchange or full refund, excluding postage costs.
Artwork return (your photo on canvas)
Due to the bespoke nature of our self capture service (your photo to canvas) we are unable to accept any returns for this product deemed to be as described, and in good condition. If you are unsure of what your artwork will look like please ask for a proof email in the additional notes/effects page.
Damaged Goods
Gallery and your photo to canvas products. If you believe your artwork to be damaged upon delivery, ensure you sign for as unchecked or damaged goods. All damaged artwork will be replaced free of charge, providing you sign for it in this way.
Faulty Goods
Gallery and your photo to canvas products. If you believe your artwork to be faulty you should notify us immediately. We will replace faulty goods immediately if a geniune fault is found upon us receiving your artwork back.
No fault found
If no faults are found with your artwork we will return it to you and a charge of £8 plus postage costs of £6.95 will be made to cover our inspection time.
