The contract between us.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully as they set out the rules for how we run our website and supply the products you can purchase through it.
By clicking the 'confirm' button you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions which shall govern the agreement between us. We reserve the rights to change the contents on the website at any time, it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
Orders
All orders placed through our site will bring into effect the Terms and Conditions. - We are under no obligation to accept your order, we will confirm your order has been accepted once payment has been received. You will receive an email confirming the payment and acceptance of your order.

Price and Payment
When purchasing products the price you pay will be the price quoted on the website at the time and date your order was received. We only accept GBP Sterling and all prices are inclusive of VAT. Payment is accepted via credit/debit cards, all major cards are accepted. By submitting a credit or debit card number you warrant that you are authorised to use the card and that all information that you submit is true and accurate. You also authorise us to charge the card for all the amounts payable, based on the products ordered.
Delivery
We can deliver all over the UK mainland, all iseacanvasart orders will typically be dispatched within 3 - 10 working days (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS or BANK HOLIDAYS). If we cannot deliver your order within this time we will notify you.We use DHL 24 hour service or Royal Mail 1st class, both these services normally take 1 - 2 working days. If you are unable to take delivery of your consignment it maybe left with a neighbour for your convenience. All Deliveries must be signed for, you should keep your delivery note, all packaging and check that you have signed for the right consignment. All artwork is fully insured. We can not be held liable for delays due to the courier services. Under no circumstances will we be liable to pay for any damages, penalties or any costs incurred due to the delay in delivery however it is caused.
You are required to notify customer services of any returns, damaged or lost items within 3 days of your art arriving and return it within 7 days of the delivery date. Notify us on tel/answer phone 07792 662 921 or email info@iseacanvasart.co.uk However we accept no liability if notified after these times. Once the products have been signed for and delivery has taken place, we accept no liability for loss, damage or destruction of the product. The items will be your total responsibility.
Your right to cancel
We can only accept cancellations on bespoke/custom orders (your image to canvas) if notified within 24 hours of the order being placed, providing the relevant order has not been dispatched. contact us on info@iseacanvasart.co.uk tel/answerphone: 07792 662 921.
For all other orders that are not custom/bespoke orders you may cancel your orders before and up to 7 days after the delivery to you, as a 'cooling off period'. Items returned must be 'as new' we must be notified within the times stated above and the items must be shipped back to us at your own cost. Where you cancel orders in accordance with all our conditions and procedures, we will either exchange the products or refund the amount less any postage paid. You are responsible for the safe keeping of the products until we receive them back, we do not accept liability for damaged items during transit back to us. Damaged items received by us will not be refunded, so please ensure they are adequately packed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason, including the products you ordered which are no longer available. We try to ensure that all prices advertised on our website are correct, however if we discover that the products ordered are listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you as soon as possible with the correct price/details. You will be given the option of re-confirming your order or cancelling it.
Your Information
All information you submit about yourself will be held in complete confidentially. At no time will your information be passed onto other companies.
When submitting images for production, you are acknowledging that you have the rights to reproduce the images or that you own the copyright to the images. We accept no liability for you breaching copyright laws. All content on this website is protected by copyright laws, unauthorised use of any of its content will be in breach of these laws and you will be prosecuted. Any use of the content on this website without seeking our permission is strictly prohibited.
Offensive Content
Our website contains comments, reviews and feedback submitted by our customers. It is not possible for us to monitor content left by our customers at all times, we therefore take no responsibility for offensive content left, however we will try to remove any offencive content as soon as it is possible.
